which gets a lot of evening shade. I made it up past the steep switchbacks and then turned around since I was getting low on daylight. (I didn’t get started on riding until 7:00) I got a good 2 hour spin in with some intervals up the canyon. I was disappointed I wasn’t able to spin up the whole canyon and had to get out of the saddle on a couple of sections.
It looks like utrider and I are going to hit the semi-pro race tomorrow afternoon. I wonder if Sly can pull out a win. I’m going to be doing feeds for the Bull-Elk. I’m not doing the NORBA this year. I decided to test my fitness by mixing it up with the masters at the Kamas to Evanston race. Should be interesting.
