Weather and other factors

The weather the past month has been horrible for training, nice weekends and crappy weekdays. Over the last three weeks outside of races I think I've put in a total of 8 hours of ride time. In addition some bad luck has hit. A broken dishwasher and some other home maintenance items have forced me to take some training time to catch up on some things.

The final piece of bad luck has been the crappy wheels I got with my road bike. I sort of expected that a $900 Ultegra bike had to have something bad with it. The wheels apparently were it. AFter three busted spokes I finally bit the bullet and order some new wheels. I'm hopefully that tomorrow I can get back on the horse.
