After that we met up with Skeletor for a pre-ride of the 24 hour course. It had a lot more sand than I remember and I wasn't surprised to see slower lap times than in past years. After the ride we found a sweet campsite about half a mile outside the race area and set up camp.
Saturday we were going to ride Porcupine but decided to head up to Nose Dive hill and watch the first lap.
Solo Shannon on his first lap -
And now he's up the rock walk.
Bikeman Tim tries a different approach.
Only three people cleaned it including this guy.
After this we decided to grab some dinner and a shower in town and then just hung out the rest of the night.
Oh yea Collagen Chad hit another rider head-on Saturday night on the road and ended up with 4 stitches in his lower lip.
