Can't Get enough.

I guess I can't get enough of Benchcreek. I did my first ever night ride last night. I borrowed Kathy and Chris' extra light set. Ron and Pepe went on ahead and Deer Mouse and I brought up the rear. Just as we got to the switchbacks Deer Mouse's light started to go out so the two of us decided to turn back with him using the spare battery. About half-way down my light gave out and I was relegated to using a small headlamp which just provided foggy light and made it so I was mostly riding by braile. It's a good thing I'm pretty familiar with the trail. We did manage to make it back to the trailhead safely and I'm looking at buying my own set of lights for future rides.
