It's hot

Yea I shouldn't be complaining about the heat at least it isn't 100+ and it's a dry heat. Kudos to all those who finished the E12 I think I would have ended up like Grizzly Adam with an IV in me after 12 hours in that heat.

I did the Spiro - Johns - Apex - Crest

- to the Canyons loop with Kathy's leftover, -

I was going to ride mid-mountain back but my body was pretty drained by the time we got to mid-mountain so I took the pavement back to PCMR.

Sunday I was supposed to do 100 miles with Deer Mouse and Ron but the wind was horrible and we called it a day after 50 miles 7 hours of good hard riding was good for the weekend. We did make it to the Smith and Morehouse turnoff up Weber Canyon. Didn't see any bears.
