Brown Teeth

Brown teeth is what you will see on most every rider after Saturday's ICUP at soldier hollow this pick shows just how dusty the conditions are. And this is a grassy part of the course.



Did the ICUP pre-ride race. One lap of dust sucking intervals. There was a pretty good crowd there from BP and half the neighborhood boys to Stupid bike and his better half L. Not sure how I did finish wise, but I was starting to feel really good the last half of the race and started picking off a lot of people. Good hard training ride.
