That’s how I describe the new ride. I love the new rig. Props to BP and Stupidbike for convincing me to stay with the Anthem 0. I did have some issues with the tires but I wasn’t expecting much from the stock tires.
Headed out for 2 laps of the 5 mile pass course
with some of the Utahmountainbiking guys. It was really good to get out on some dirt. I’d been riding the road bike for so long that I forgot how good it feels to shred the dirt. I was very happy with how the bike handled. I think the rear shock has too much sag and I still need to tweak the fit but I was riding that DH faster and better then I ever did on the Trek. And despite not feeling much fitness the bike felt really light and made climbing very easy. I am thinking about getting some Maxxis Ignitors to race on this season.
