Crits and Spinning

Everyone that road races says that the best way to get faster is to do crits. I don’t know, do I really want to end up like this? Look at the RMR, the B flite has had some pretty good wrecks and I don’t want to end up like this.



It’s the last week of after work riding. With daylight savings time coming to end this week it means I’ll be doing this.
