Saturday took the wife to Queensryche. Yea they haven’t had a decent album in years, but it was a small show at the Depot so I figured it would be a good chance to see them up close in a small venue. I wasn’t disappointed. Thurbs got there early. He and Cousin Benny were front and center. For the first act I was about 15 feet behind them. During intermission Ben told us to come up and take his spot and he went up to the VIP area. So during the second act we had the premium spot looking down Geoff Tate’s mouth.

I got a good pic from Ben and a crappy pic from the Treo.
Sunday I actually got out and rode benchcreek with the Bull Elk. I wish I had taken the camera, the leaves are definitely at their peak and won’t be around much longer.

Good times. As funny as that scab guitarist looked, he sure put on quite the display for those of us front row center.
