With the new year the training season started this week. Working on my base really sucks. It's bad enough to be on a trainer, but then to have to keep your heart-rate so low is a real challenge. On the plus side I started watching a documentry about the Net-Zero race team that looks pretty interesting.

Thursday 1 hour zone 3
Saturday? 2 hour zone 1-2
