I think the training has been going good after just one week. Sunday I went skiing in some nice powder and it took a lot out of me. Monday I was sore so I decided to rest. Tuesday was another ski day and I could tell the fatigue was still there but it was fun anyway. Wednesday I tried to spin and could tell I was still tired. I couldn't get my heart rate up so after 20 minutes I decided to stop. Thursday I was able to push through some initial fatigue and ended up having a good spin class. Tonight I'll be back in the basement hopefully for another hour of spinning.
