Where is the motivation?

With the holidays, training has sure taken a backseat. Last week with concerts and parties, no spinning has gotten done. With spinning getting harder to schedule I'm going to try and focus on strength training. I'm really finding that a lot injury can be prevented with strength training as the experts say. I'm hoping to get to a spin class on Wednesday hopefully nothing comes up.
